Where is Culture Shock located?

We are in the beautiful and historic West End of Atlanta, on White Street,  if you’re driving, or right off the Beltline if you’re riding a bicycle/walking/skateboard/scooter/etc.

MARTA: West End Station (the walk in total is under a mile. After exiting Marta-walk south on Lee St following the train tracks for about .04 miles then make a right on to White St., there will be a Chevron gas station on the corner. Stay on White St and the venue will be on your left, a couple blocks down.)

What is your bag policy?

Bags are ok. Suite cases are not.

How old do I need to be to attend a show?

ALL shows welcome all ages to attend.

 I am nervous about leaving my children alone. Is it safe?

Our management, show staff, security are here to provide a safe event environment for everyone.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets for select shows can be purchased online at http://www.Cultureshockatl.com 

Tickets may also be purchased in person at the venue day of the event.

We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. 

If you purchase a ticket online, please make sure you have access to it on a mobile device when you arrive.

What is ‘General Admission’?

Unless a show is specifically advertised as “Seated”, it is General Admission (or ‘GA’), which means that there is not assigned seating for your ticket and is likely Standing Room Only. 

How do I purchase ADA Accessible Seats?

It says a show is sold out. Is it really?

YES – It is sold out and there are currently no tickets available for the event. This means tickets will not be available day of show at the box office, however we would suggest checking event pages on social media and our social pages for people selling tickets. *BEWARE OF SCAMS*

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located just inside at the front entrance to the venue. You must provide a valid photo ID.

What is the refund / return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless a performance is cancelled.

If you can not make a show we suggest posting on the social media event page or online groups pertaining to the bands or event.

Where should I park?

There is free parking in front and to the sides of the venue. Please read any parking signs and make sure you’re not in a reserved spot.

Is there re-entry?

Yes. When you enter the venue for the first time you will be handed a bracelet, you must have this on for re-entry.

Are cameras or video recording allowed?

Short answer, yes. Unless an artist request no photos and/or video.

We do encourage everyone to put their phone down and live in the moment, but if you feel the need to capture the magical feeling or see the perfect opportunity for a cool photo, than just please be courteous to the artist and people around you. 

Show policies, if known in advance, will be posted on the event page on our social media and website.

How do I get a photo pass?

Generally most of our events you will not need a pass unless posted. If this is the case then photo passes must be requested for approval through the Artist and their management. You may email us, Cultureshock1038@gmail.com and then we will put you in touch.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking, electronic cigarettes and vaping is prohibited inside the venue. Violators are subject to ejection without refund. Please be respectful of your fellow concert goers and exit the building to get your fix.

What is the drinking policy?

21+ to drink. You must show a valid, physical ID for the over 21 bracelet. Anyone that is seen drinking and does not have an over 21 bracelet on will be asked to leave without refund. 

Do you accept credit cards?

All major credit cards are accepted at the drink and food counter and box office for most shows.

Artist merchandise and the occasional private event may accept cash only.

What time should I arrive?

Doors are scheduled to open 1 hour prior to the time on your ticket. 

Do you offer a coat check?

No, we do not offer a coat check. You must be responsible for your own items as staff will not watch your items for you.

Do you serve food?

Yes. On a show to show basis. There’s plenty of food options within walking distance of the venue.
